What an extraordinary adventure @aeropesaro2024 the 2024 Aerobic Gymnastics World Championships held this month in Pesaro, Italy, with no less than 37 participating nations and competitions of the highest level! An unforgettable experience for the athletes of @ginnasticamacerata, who shone not only for their results, but also for their determination and synchrony, the result of intense physical and mental preparation.
???? Many athletes at their first world and national team experience, reached the finals in the group categories. ???? The Junior A girls won Silver in the Aerodance category, while ???? Junior B won Bronze in the Trio @guenda.cheru_ @matilde.miceli_ @ludocere_ . A special mention goes to the Seniors, with @ariannaciurlanti reaching the finals in the individual, group and Aerodance events, and contributing to the Italian national team’s gold in the team ranking ????
???????? An achievement that goes beyond the results, also made possible thanks to the Integrated Mental Training path followed with MindUp. For more than a year, we have in fact been working side by side with these athletes, using the Enhancement Psychology ® with a specific group approach, fundamental in a sport where coordination and synchrony are essential. Not only managing emotions, but also developing confidence, stage presence and a ‘calm strength’ to meet the challenges of months of physical and mental preparation.
