We met for the first time in person Wynn at the beginning of July, his father (a former Olympics athlete) knew about the importance of proper mental training to perform and we begun to dialogue with him about our integrated mental training method.
Wynn is not yet 9 years old, he was born in Curacao and has been racing in the USA, he just started his first experiences here in Italy last July.
We got familiar with him also testing his actual driving skills at our partner Sim driving center in RaceX. Data at hand he showed his driving potential.
We set up for him a customized program based upon our method taking into consideration his age and his ongoing development. Since then we have met three other times during racing weekends and we have pushed forward first the assessment work (generating targeted objectives for the training sessions), then actual integrated mental training sessions.
Wynn has been working with us with commitment rapidly absorbing techniques that are helping him to progressively maximize his potential and concrete relevant results on track (both in the USA and in Italy) have shown that.
Now we focus to keep on developing work with him in total integrated synergic work with the family and all of the other professionals that are following his professional and personal growth.
