Integrated mental training and results? They are based on defined times; the example of tennis player Valentina Merku
Performing a Mental Training activity (integrated!) through a methodology tested over the years that is based on a solid scientific theory, on well-defined training protocols and on measurement and data collection allows us to give the athlete (or the person who uses Enhancement Psychology at the workplace) indicative times  sometimes even quite accurate!) of when the first important improvement in performance will arrive ... and consequently results will show !!!

An excellent example that confirms the timing analasys is given by our tennis player Valentina Merku who just last week was the reached her first final of an open tournament.
During the first phase of the training (after the initial assessment) Valentina began to enhance and optimize the skills already present and to improve and overcome her limits and defects that could negatively affect her performance in the race. In the immediately following phase, all the training carried out was structured allowing her to use in a much more effective way all the psycho-body resources and the Fundamental Functions that are used to improve performance and results towards the first open final! ... .and this is only the beginning...

Obviously our work is not magic, what we do is added to the technical, tactical, athletic, nutritional training and to the perseverance and commitment that an athlete must put in to express all their talent. Our congratulations to Valentina for reaching her first final in an Open tournament!
