A podium, marked by an excellent third place and obtained at the end of a long and demanding season, in the historic regatta organized for over fifty years by Fraglia Vela Desenzano (https://www.fragliavela.it/news/optimist-doro- trophy-citta-di-desenzano-3 /) and which took place last October 2nd and featured around a hundred young sailors.
Francesco, after an intense year divided between technical training, regattas, Integrated Mental Training and school, managed to get on the coveted podium with a wonderful third place in the general classification of "Division A".
Our compliments go to Francesco not only for the prestigious result, but for the commitment, the seriousness and the culture of work that such a young boy (and his family!) Put into pursuing the sporting passion for sailing without neglecting the excellent academic results and dedication to technical and mental training.
Since this podium arrives at the end of the season, now we will set up for our athlete a specific program for the recovery of psycho-physical energies and for the strengthening of mental endurance, since, for a sportsman, the recovery phase is as fundamental as that. of training.
