After a continuous technical and mental growth throughout the 2022 season, the long-awaited seal has finally arrived, confirming the great personal work that Valentina (and her supporting family!) Is doing.
The young tennis player won her first Open tournament, the women's Rodeo Open tournament at the Tennis Etruria club in Prato http://www.circolotennisetruria.it/valentina-melissa-merku-si-aggiudica-il-torneo-rodeo-open-femminile/
In a previous post https://www.mindup.live/en/blog/35/integrated-mental-training-and-results-they-are-based-on-defined-times-the-example-of-tennis-player-valentina-merku we had underlined the possibility of having quite precise timing of the athlete's mental development and performance improvement (obviously we are talking about timing based on a statistical average, then each individual athlete can have his own). In this case Valentina has respected the times we have foreseen in a big way and this first victory is the proof !!!
