Aimè Favilli, a young rugby player from Livorno Rugby 1931 who aspires to become a professional in this discipline, turned to us to work on the mental aspects and enhance his performance.
As we already do for other athletes who are part of a team group, we will work hard to allow Aimè to achieve his personal career goals and at the same time, optimizing his performance, to benefit the whole team in which he is inserted.
Aimè will start by carrying out our assessment, or rather the initial pre-training part where we go to evaluate all the positive characteristics to be strengthened and the areas which, however, still need to be brought to their maximum expression.
