The Tuscan Academy of the Italian Rugby Federation and our data-driven approach to performance

On 7 June our Mental Trainers carried out their last annual engagement with the members of the Tuscan Academy of the F.I.R. Italian Rugby Federation.
It was a day dedicated to pre-competition neurodynamic activation exercises and to measuring the Autonomous Nervous System. Thanks to these measurementsi we have gathered important information regarding peak-performance, the prevention of over-training, the athlete's state of fatigue and the risk of accidents. Head coach Paolo Grassi also got involved in the use of our equipment with the integrated approach MindUp - Enhancement Psychology!
