Open Day MindUP at the Lybra center, MindUp affiliated center in Macerata

We are pleased to announce the affiliation to MindUP of the Lybra center - Center for psychology, health and sport and on the occasion we highlight the Open Day MindUp event which will be held at the headquarters of the center in Macerata in via Roma 401 (Collevario area) ; the event will last 4 hours (theoretical and practical) and will take place on the afternoon of Saturday 22 October and will be repeated on Sunday 23 October.
The Open Day will have a workshop format and is reserved for professionals who work in the sports context in direct contact with athletes (Trainers, Coaches, Personal Trainers, Nutritionists, Physiotherapists, Osteopaths, etc.) and aims to seriously illustrate and as professional as a sports psychologist who is an expert in mental training. The original theoretical model of the Psychology of Enhancement and its practical application, the MindUp - Enhancement Psychology ® methodology, will also be presented.
In order to encourage higher quality work to the group participating in the workshop, the event has a limited number of places and reserved invitations.
